Pirate Age Caribbean is the third level in the game Sly Cooper: The Thief Returns. The bosses here are Don Giovanni Lorenzo the Bottlenose Dolphin and Raiden Ryuu the Stygimoloch.

The town is called Death's Port as said by the signs. There are various ships in the port along with boats and dinghies that can be walked on but guards are patrolling them sometimes. The Zombie Producing Island is located on the far south of the map and can only be entered by using Henriette's Ship which serves as the Safehouse here. Overturned Boats and Anchors are positioned in the levels but unlike the ones on Blood Bath Bay, these won't fall and rooftop guards can even jump there. Giovanni's Ship is very far away from the Safehouse. The Pirate Grill is located in the middle of the map. Electric things are located throughout the level due to Raiden's influence along with cannons that can be shot and various technology around the level too. Some Icy Floats are located near the port where you could walk on, but beware, Happy is located here and will not hesitate to attack.

The music is a Sly Cooper-like remix of Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life to Me!). The fight music is a remix of Blood Bath Bay~Fight.
